Construction of School building in Rural Area

Is there any bar in construction a school building in Rural abadi area which is outside the periphery of municipal/development authority.Can such a school building be declared unauthorised by any authority later on.

It all depends upon the local laws and Master Plan of the State in question. If the local law or Master Plan prohibit the construciton of school building in rural abadi area, then the same can't be done and it may then be declared as unauthorised by relevant authorities of that State.
