Contuation of Release Deed
Thanx Alot For sparing your time and responding back sir i have couple of questions if you could answer this it would be very helpful for us
1.Usually how much time it take after the case has been admitted is there any special zone for senior citizens and we dont have the adress of our mama wife actually she stays in a village and her relatives stay in one of the portion and they colloect the rents and in turn send it to her when we asked her about her adress she didnot told us however my grand mother has one adress of her school where she works in the village but we are not sur whether she is still working ther or not in this cretria what can be done.
2.My grand mother health is detroyting day by day what if some thing happens to my grand mother can my mother fight the battle against my mamas wife if yes what would be the procedure for that.
3.Recently we got a news from the watch of the house who happen to appointed by my her i.e my mama wife that she had delivered a chid which is sure not of our mama what is the cretria if this happens to be ture.
Sir please let me know the answers of the above queries so that i can help my grand mother as early as possible.

1. Time for disposal of a case depends on several things and there is no prescribed time limit. Most of the High Courts have issued directions of early disposal of matters involving senior citizens. You will be required to provide a valid address for service on your Mama's wife.
2. After institution of suit, if plaintiff dies, then her/his legal heirs can proceed further with the case.
3. Rights of wife of your mama vis-a-vis your mama stood crystallized on demise of your mama. Subsequent remarriage has no effect.
