conversion of panchayat approved plot into DTCP approved
The layout of my plot was prepared on 17-3-1970. At that time they had got panchayat approval. Now i want to convert the approval from panchayat approval to DTCP. is that possible? if so guide me in this regard

If Panchayat was authorised to approve layout as per prevailing law, then no need to approve again from DTCP.
If Panchayat was not authorised, follow rules of DTCP.

If the area you mentioned comes under municipality limits,i.e.if your limits comes under urban area then you can easily get the approval from DTCP,otherwise there is no meaning to get another approval when already the panchayat approved.

You may apply to DTCP only when your area falls within jurisdiction OR when the panchayat jurisdiction is transferred to his jurisdiction.
