Re: conveyance deed

Your statement is contradictory. How did you purchase and paid the stamp duty if the seller is not available ?

A sale is complete only with execution of 'conveyance deed' executed by the seller in favour of the purchaser.

You should approach a local Advocate with whatever writing/documents you have under which you claim to have 'purchased' the property for appropriate relief.

Re: conveyance deed

In such situation, you may file the suit for declaration praying court to execute the same in your favour. It is possible, don't worry.
