What is the relevance of prior agreements once the conveyance deed is executed?

It would depend on whether or not the stamp duty, if any, was paid at the time of agreements, and the total consideration reflected in the agreement and the conv. deed. I normally would suggest keeping the agreements to precipitate the true intentions of the parties, if required for any reason at a later date.

As such there is no relevancy once the conveyance deed is executed but if any controversy arise then in order to ascertain the object/intention of the parties the prior agreement is relevant.
