Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Conveyance-deed is only a presumptive proof of ownership which can be rebutted by explaining suitable facts & circumstance &. is not a conclusive proof of ownership. Kindly give a "LAW-CASE" on this. I shall be greatful sir.Please do help.
