Co-parcener's property

What is the share of a female co-parcener?. If the property is already partitioned, then will the co-parcener get her right? Please advise

Whether a woman can be co-parcener? Appears doubtful.

If you are referring to recent amendments of Hindu Succession Act, then as per the said amendment woman are given equal rights of inheritance and claim partition of property so inherited.

The rights of a female are at par with that of male members of the coparcenery.

As per the Hindu Succesion Act woman have got equal rights in the property as per the recent amendments.
