What is the right of a woman co-parcener?. In case of any partition of the property, will she be considered as co-parcener?

Whether a woman can be co-parcener? Appears doubtful.

If you are referring to recent amendments of Hindu Succession Act, then as per the said amendment woman are given equal rights of inheritance and claim partition of property so inherited.

The rights of a woman co-parcener are equal to that of male members.
