Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i have a corner independent house in chennai with Length 60 sqft , breadth 40 sqft . total area 2400 sqft. In the north facing house west side and north side is road .. many unknown persons parking their vehicles in the west side near my building in the roads . is it legal or illegal to park vehicles in roads nearer to others house ? because iam facing trouble with other people who park their vehicles without my consent near my house in the roads . please give legal advice

It is not illegal to park vehicles on public roads but if someone is put to hardship due to that then the affected person can give complaint to the police to redress his grievance.
