Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
hello, if a couple doesnt have children,if dat couple writes property to those who look after them at the last..if relatives of dat couple files a case on court what will be the final judgement? legally to whom the property goes to?

In case the property is self acquired then relatives have no say but if the property is joint then the will is valid qua share of deceased.

Else, as per the law of succession governing the deceased.
