I have couple of questions that I require some clarification.

1. Can I buy a patta land?

2. Will there be any issue in buying a patta land?

3. How to get approval for a patta land?

Patta may be a local terminology you may be referring. What is to be seen is whether land is transferable without any restriction i.e. freehold.

If Patta land referred to you by is a freehold land then anybody may purchase it.
