what are legal steps petitioner can take , if she is satisfied with the part of judgement In Domestic violence- like maintenance and not satisfied with the residence granted (not given as per the petitioners status , and also because petitioner also has to perform marriage of younger daughter and also elder daughter will stay with children and husband with mother during her visit to hometown. Is it possible , she accepts maintenance and furthur appeal for residence because she is not given as per status because respondant is trying to offer single bedroom (where he is staying since he left home two years back , and he has admitted , this flat is for only one person and only suitable for him ), which is not as per petitioners status and also to perform marriage of younger daughter. Pls Suggest.
