I need help for my cousin problem is his brother is claiming the preemption right and has sent a legal notice that he wants to buy my cousin share but his offer is too low.

How can my client overcome this situation and one of my friend is ready to buy this property and he is giving good price against my cousin share how to overcome this situation Legally so that my cousin get more amount for his

share Legally and my friend can also buy his share Legally Please help us out.
