Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my dad is one of the legal heir of a big property. there are more 7 legal heirs for that property. except my dad, all other legal heirs have decided to register half of the property to one of the legal heir.can the registration happen without one of the legal heirs. if it happens, can v get stay for the same?

Those 7 legal heirs can relinquish their share in any body's favour but to transfer the entire property in one's name is not possible without you Dads signature.
