Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my dad has purchesed a property a bunglow on my mothers name .. so in this case the clashes between the my uncle(my fathers younger brother ) are going on for the property claim on which is on my grandfather's name . and my uncle say that they can get the part in that bunglow too. by leagally so plz tell me is this possible in any ways of the IPC sections or any law they dont have any document regarding the bunglow and that whole money is paid by my dad so plz help me

in case the entire money was paid by your father out of his self acquired income and the money was not paid out of the joint funds, your uncle may not have a right in the property and in case you properly contest the case, your case is strong.
