Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I (daughter) and my brother (son) we are two children's of our parents. our parents had approx. 5 acres land in village. when i got married our parents gave me 1 acre land as a dowry rest land gave to my brother. now our parents has expired. so i want to know that now have i any rights on our parents property (rest 4 acres). please suggest me that what will i do ?
