Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i am the only daughter & i have a brother.my brother says that he is the only heir to the acestral property inherited from my grandfather.my father is in favour of my brother & says that a will is already being made that all his property including the acestral property coming from his side will be given to my brother and i am not entitled to even a single penny.on the other hand my mother wants to give all her jewellery &her;acestral property to me and not to my brother .my mother has a very small share of acestral property while my father has crores of ancestral property coming from his side.i donot want my broters share i just want fairness from both sides ,i want only the share that i am entitled to.can you tell me what my entitlements are frem both sides?my brother is getting the flat owned by my father & i have no objections for that.can my brotherclaim the jewellery which my mom had kept me as a nominee in her bank locker.i got married in the year 2003 will that affect my heritance rights in the ancestral property.i will be very thankful if you answer all my questions.

you may file a suit for partition and seek a stay against your father and brother. as far as jewelry is concerned, even that may form a part of joint property unless that jewelry is gifted to you by your mother.
