Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hello, My daughter has taken a housing loan and because of that the flat is on her name but i want it in my name is it possible because after her marriage her husband can say her to take that flat. And i don't trust on my daughter for taking flat i have also contributed some amount. So please guide me how can i transfer the flat in my name.
Please help its a hamble request.

You can ask your daughter to execute and register either a Gift Deed or Assignment/Transfer Deed to you.
Needless to say, during existence of loan, you need to have permission of the bank to do either of the deeds.
