Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am the only daughter to my parents who has two more sons...I have been married but my husband deserted me(i am not divorced)...my parents looked after me till now....now my brothers want to get seperated..there is no will ....they are giving me only 21% of the share and the remaining 79% for themselves(39.5% each)...i have son who is employed and earning 10,000 per month...can u please tell me how much percent can i claim?

if both parents have expired and there is no will, you get 33.3% (1/3) and your brothers get 1/3rd each. Your husband deserted you or not; your son working or not; your parents looked after you or not - all these have no nexus with your share in the property.
