Greetings of the day.

My father is having a CBI case against him in Ghaziabad court. In the case, CBI/court has not summoned an important prosecution witness. If witness is summoned by the prosecution or court, it would be helpful for us.

As per the information I have, there was a criminal revision bearing no. 632 of 2003 in Allahabad High Court, in which prosecution witness was called by the court. The case was decided in the court no. 50 (K.N. Sinha) and was in the name of smt. Rajkumari and others Vs State of U.P. In the case court was directed to call the witness under section 311/under section 233 and the criminal revision was decided on date 4/3/2003. I need the details of this case i.e. appeal made, to whom it was made and how it got processed etc. This is required to give citation in the Ghaziabad court.

I require the details of the case, so that I may study and act accordingly. Would you please help me in the matter by providing the necessary guidance.

Any help given by you in this regard will be helpful to us for making an application to Ghaziabad court requesting to summon the witness as "Court Witness" because the prosecution has not summoned the witness.

Local councel has no more knowledge in this regard and has the opinion to call the witness as "Defence Witness" which, in my opinion, will not serve the purpose. The witness is prosecution witness as per chargesheet.
