Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Experts,
hi , i have purchase room in padagi system in mumbai in 2006 from on lady who has age of 70.in that we are document made as follow 1) sales deed, 2) power of attorney, 3) affidavit & 4) Noc from that lady ( all this document are notirise). In 2008 i give my this room under development to my landlord.Landlord given me a notorise agreement in my name. He also give my name cheque as a rent Now that lady is expiry in 2009 in her village. & she had not any nominee.she live that room in alone.
So my Question is should developer create problem towards my this room in pejection time.
Please give me advise what i can do before pejection & after pejection.
