We have 12 bheega agriculture land in delhi in the name of myself,5sisters and our mother (as per khatoni and patwari) My 3 sisters hv transferred their own share in fovour of me by relinquish deed in 2009 (separate RD for each share) and 2 sisters hv taken their share. Our mother died in 1977 and we hv death certificate.As per govt officer our mother share will be distributed equally in all members.My these 3 sisters also want to transfer her mother share in favour of me.
Now as per govt official it is not possible as my sisters hv already used RD for transferring their own share in favour of me. What is law in this regards?
Pls help as How it can be transferrd in favour of me as my 3 sisters are ready.

Your 3 sister can gift you there property by a registered gift Deed and you can pay the stamp duty on it.
