Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Guru's,

I would like to by a flat which sold by Bank under sarfaesi act to a person, the first parties already gone sarfaesi appeal and its dismissed by DRT -III Chennai.

There will be a any issue if I buy this property, all the necessary documents are given by and the person who bought the property.

How many times the first party can go for appeal.

Guru's please provide your kind suggesstion.

dear client...

yes you can buy the property but see that bank makes the registration processes along with the owner of the flat also sign the documents...it shall be for ur safty

It is advisable that you do not buy the said property or if you buy the same take an indemnity bond from the seller. I am advising you so because the first party after the appeal being dismissed, may approach the High Court
