We shall be hankful to you if yuo could enlightenon the followings.

1. Than one coperativehousing society came in existance in 1965 in one city of gujarat. Initialy it had 25 meberes.

2. In 20003 new persons purchased houses inthe society,

. One xyz claimed that he is the president of society and collected huge funds from the new byers.

4On asking the the memorandum of society, minutes of meetings , audited account of the society bythe new byeres he did not give any thing to them.

5. Later the new byeres came to know that the society was already disoved in 1998 and there ws no udit repoer after 2003.

5. On several reminderes to Distict coperative rgistrar he also did not give any answer nor even after RTI

6. Later the new byers came to know that the founderes of this society werebritish passport holderes any amny are even to day.

7. The new byeres brought this to the notice to the collector , and C< on line and also the Main registrar at capital of the state.

8 Even then the local registrar of the society is not taking any action on the self proclaimd President ,nor even on the British Passpor holder owning the property in society .

9. Even after one yerr of communiction to CM on lone , Coolector and registrar has not given any result and the Registrar is theretening to install a admonistrator at the expences of new meberes.

10. This is the issue of not only the mismamngement of the society but of the national security where the British Passport Holderes are owning the property in Gujarat and there even the credentials are also not known.

12. The new byeres have made the affedevit regaring all these facts and have sent to Hon CM of the state but so far no action have been taken.

Please enlighten as what more can be done in this case.
