Dear Lawyer

I am planning to buy a property at Param Puri Uttam Nagar. I wanted to know that the property is GPA and i want to get it as Registered Property. Can this property (flat) be transfer on my name as registry. I want to purchase that property on registry. Is it possible to transfer the property from GPA to Registery.
