Dear sir,
I, want to have a advice from you about my problems with the agriculture land.
We had purchased a land of 1acre 80 cents 27 years back with the ST/SC person, that land was divided into 4 piece of land for four brothers, but they were 6 brothers in that two person told us they don't have any share in that land. But know the land value is more so they are telling that even they have share in this land.
Already they had sold � acre to others without sending any notice & they had acquired the land & started cultivating then we went & asked them why you are doing this they told us this is my land. Then we simply went & give a complaint against them. When police told them to come the station they did not come, they arranged for settlement even we also agreed to give them 5.5 lakes but they didn't agree for it. Please advice us what we can do come out from this & if we go for court we get the justices or not. thanks

You have to file a civil suit for permanent injunction.
you need to file a suit for partition, declaration and permanent and mandatory injunction before the district court. once you file the suit, seek stay against the opposite party on the first hearing itself. you may also implead the personsas a party who purchased the unpartitioned land.
