1. all of the jewellery gifted to me by inlaws + hubby's relatives (during muh-dikhai) was kept by mother in law in her locker, since very first day of marriage. can i claim that jewellery ??? as i have no bill (coz jewellery was purchased by inlaws for me, i have some of the pics where they were gifting me gold).
2. one flat is joint registerd on hubby n my name, i gave about 2 lacs cash to hubby. rest EMIs are being paid. and he is living in that flat. i m with my sister.
3. i come to know that hubby has 2 more flats. will this fact effect on my alimony?? should i try to get those flat's registries certified copies?
4. my 7 years boy is living with me. can he claim in his father's property.

you may file a complaint under domestic violence act and in that you may claim above reliefs. you may claim your stridhan, seek restraint orders against your husband from selling the flat and other properties. your son can claim the ancestral property in which he has an equal share.
