Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear sir, my dad are three brothers,my grandfather died recently and we are not aware whether he has made a will or not.my grandmother is still alive and after my grandfathers death she is the one who knows about all his possessions and bank balance.now the problem is that all the jewellry which was given to my mother in her marriage is in my grandmother's custody, one of my uncle has been staying with my grandparents since 1 year even before my grandfathers death,my aunt has left my uncle and she has been staying with her parents since past 5 years but they havent filed a divorce , my uncle is emotinally blackmailing my grandmother stating that he is alone in his life , he doesnt have a family to live for, now my grandmother praises my uncle a lot and she intends to give him all the property including her house where she is staying presently which is worth 2.5 crores, this house was bought by my late grandfather, in such case where my grandfather has died intestate,can we claim our shares in it ?? if yes, plese tell us how do we go about it

In case of intestate death, succession is governed by law governing the deceased.
