Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir,
For executing the conveyance deed to a Co-operative housing society, is it mendatory to provide IndexII for all the flats to the builder?It appears that the builder can execute the conveyance deed without this requirement, but the same would be required to transfer the property card in favour of the society. Kindly clarify
