Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir, I want to file a case in court for division of our ancestral property in Bihar. But my uncles are running their businesses on their 'shares' of land (which they had orally divided among themselves earlier). Can I get a stay order from the court so that no one can sell land until the dispute is settled? Also, can I get an order from court that no business can be carried out on any part of the land until the dispute is resolved? Kindly guide me.

A stay order may be given by court. Whether you will get or not depends on several things.
