Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir, We have one house at my home town which was buit by my fater, Now my father is no more and as per docuemtns of the house it is only my fathers name is appearing, he has not nominated any body, we are two brothers and my mother is still alive, now i want to sell this house,can you guide me how i can do that one, what is the procedure to do this.

Have names of legal heirs entered in place of name of your late father. Generally, you need to submit an application, an affidavit and death certificate.
