Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear sir,
According to our late grandfather & late grandmother will on the ground of their building we have our shop 0f10*12.According to their will their elder son can use the abovesaid shop for the time their son like but cannot change it`s shape,cannot sale or rent it.Their younger son had dakhil kharij done of whole building in his name and now had applied for freehold.
So,sir how can there elder son can got that shop in his name.
