Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir,
WE are living in a flat since last year. Sale to agreement have dont is builder and my ffather. My father are dear. And we have givrn builder full payment. Bt still as now after 20 years i asked builder to make sales deed he is asking me for money. He is saying that we have not given his full payment. Bt Builder and we both dont have ne receipt of amount pending or fullly paid. Bt as per sales to agreement i know the he got 1,25,000 from us. So now please sujjest me solution that i can do tht property on my name.
Is there any rule lyk we r living there from last 20 years and we have sales to agreement registered then we dont need builder for sales deed or we can be owner without making sales deed with builder as he is demanding lot of money as he dont have proof.?
