I Elizabeth Birua resident of jamshedpur ( east singhbhum) in Jharkhand state, belong to Schedule Tribe Female inGender, believe in Chiristian ST tribe, beg to say that I want suggest from your experts in the following topics:-

1. that my grandfather has to be allotted a plot from the TATA steel ltd.

2. that my grandfather and father has died at the present time.

3. that my widow mother has made a deed with my elder brother and younger brother with a builder without informing me to construct a multi storied building over my grandfather's allotted land.

4. that my two brothers are died after several months of deed and agreements suddenly accident

5. that my widow mother doesn't want to give me my share in my grandfather's allotted plot.

6. that i informed to the local police station

7. that the builder is starting built a building on that land by dismantling old structure of my father's & grandfather's made home

8. that i lodged a complain against builder and my mother and apply for the section of 144 IPC through SDM.

9. that SDM issued a ordered to the local police station to apply section 144 IPC on that land but the O/c of PS doesn't take any action over that issued ordered of SDM, what would be the next step for applying that section on that land till the result from the court.

10. that I lodged a case of title suite partition before Sub - judge 1 of jamshedpur

11. that the builder is continuously construct the building over my grandfather's land or dispute land with very rapidly.

U can file civil suit and may move writ before HC

as suggested above, you may file a civil suit and incorporate all the facts in the suit and seek appropriate relief against the builder.
