Dear Sir, maine ek flat book kiya hai location Nallasopara (Mumbai) booking date 26th Jan 2011 and hamne registration kiya Jan 2012 me. builder mujse ab service tax mag raha hai. kya mujhe service tax abhi bar dena chahiye. Sir, Court ka final result kya aaya hai? or agar mai service tax bharu to builder ke samne legal kya condition rakhu jisper wo bhi agree ho. Please help...

service tax to builder ko dena hota hai. fir bhee documents padh lo aur agar woh insist kare to consumer court main complaint daal do.
