Dear Sir, My parents are living in Nellore at Andra Pradesh. I am married person residing at chennai. All our property was in my mothers name which was purchased by my father. My question is my mother transfered 50% of property to old maid who is taking care by them past 10years and 50% property to my sister who is Divorced person in Nellore at Andra Pradesh. What is the share of my property from my parents. on who's name i have to file suit in court to get my share of property. Whether my mother having right to transfer the property on his will. please suggest me for the above.

In case of property owned by mother or self acquired property of father, none of the children have any right till life time of mother or father. Such properties can be disposed of during their life time by gift. They can also make will and give such properties to anybody they want.
