Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir, I would like to know what is the procedure of Registering property on my name with Indian govt. in U.P. and what is the approximate expense / required documents etc.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You need to submit an application with copies of your Agreement for Sale along with all other supporting documents and pay the prevailing Stamp Duty on your property with the District Registrar.

Check local laws for procedure. Check with lawyer in the area where property situated for expenses.
