Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir,
In 2008 I purchased a flat in Bangalore of worth Rs 27 Lakhs.After 6 month in Dec.2008 I cancelled the flat due to loss of Job.I had given him 9 lakhs till date.The company owner told me to return the money in 2 months i.e Feb 2009.After so much request the owner not responding me.After too much harrasment he returned 1 lakh one month back.He yold in August I will reurn all the money.But still no response.He is not picking my call,not responding to e-mails.I have all the supporting documents.
What I should do?I d'nt have money to hire a lawyer?pls advice

If recovery of money as mutually agreed is not possible or coming through, you need to approach court and for that required to spend.
Your query is not too clear,you initially said you purchased and later you cancelled,clarify?did you owe your company of Rs.9 lacs which you took a loan for buying the flat?how much you paid the flat owner or the builder is not known?kindly be clear so that an accurate solution will be offered.
Try to solve mutually other wise you may go to consumer court
