Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir ,

I have some query in my mind about the property of my grand father registered in their name who is no more today but they willed in the name of my father .in 1996 .

Ques :- I want to know that whether there is any procedure to trf that property in my father name in the records of MCD Delhi ?

Ques :- Or there is any need to registered it again in the name of my father or it is done only by the help of will only ?

Ques :- Is there is any procedure in indian law to trf it in the name of my father because again registering it costs which is not possible for us to bear ? please suggest me in brief what to do ?

once there is will, a probate is to be filed so that the court grants the probate in favour of your father to avoid future legal hassles.
