Dear Sir, I am a real estate agent in India. One of my client is willing to purchase scrap materials from a closed company. He is ready to open an escrow acount and deposit advance amount. If the seller violate the terms and conditions in areement and in which way the given advance refunded to the Buyer. Kindly advice?
