Dear Sir,
I would like to something about registration of House. At actual This house has a four partition and is the name of Three Brothers and Late Grandmother, but now one of the brother who is main person , Torture other brothers and always threat that he has all the paper and he will make registry of his name (Single). and threat if he will not follow his instruction then he will kick out from that house like .
So I would like to confirm Can he do registry in his name ? without permit of him.

Check registry and other records to find out is whose name that house stand.
If house is in the name of all the brothers, then only one brother can not transfer shares of other brothers to his own name without consent of such other brothers.
