Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear sir, My name is sheela my father we had 13 acres of land which my father got registered in his name when there brothers got Partition their property(Grandpa property) and after one year the property has sold by my father and brother without noticing me. Now 5years past just I came to know that without my signature the property was sold(I was major that time). now i am married,
Sir i need to know that what is the procedure to get that land back. as i came to know that doughter also have a equal share on my grandpa property
