Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear sir, My name is sheela my father had 13 acres of land which he got when there brothers got divided their property(Grandpa property) and after one year the property has sold by my father and son without noticing me. Now 5years past just I came to know that without my signature the property has sold(I was major that time). So if I case a file on my father and buyer will I get the property back.

you may file a suit for partition and also seek addition relief of cancellation of sale deeds executed by your father and brother without your consent.
