Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear sir,

I am 44 year old married woman from india.

My father is a adopted only son of my grand father. My grand father has farmland and some other propeties. After my grand father's death my father is a sole owner of the property.I am unknown of any leagal titles of the properties but i know these properties were in my grand father's name before.

I have two brothers and one sister.

My father and brother's have started construction on the farmland and also have sold some of it.

My questions are as follows

1. do i have any rights in this property?

2. If I am married in 1991 does that many any changes in my inheritane rights if have any ?

3. can I claim income from the properties they have already sold?

there is no distinction between a natural and adoptive son as per law. you can claim partition of the suit property and also seek stay against your father and brothers and sisters restraining them from creating any third party interest in the property. you can also claim mesne profits in your suit for partition.
