Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir,
As I said , the first agreement (Builder to first party) is not registered. Its only the first party to second party is registered. I am purchasing the flat from secondd party.
Kindly guide.

if the first party lost the agreement, it is not necessary that the builder also lost the same. you may contact the builder and obtain a copy of the agreement.
