Dear Sir,
Can a Pakistani Citizen transfer Name to 7/12, property card..
.
My father made a will to give x property to my step brother who is born citizen of Pakistan..
.
My brother appointed an Indian Attorney to look after the property, now my brother and father both are dead. And on behalf of power of attorney the Attorney has transfered his name on property card on base of fake documents. My brother never visited India.
.
In this scenario can he [Attorney] sell the said property..
.
Kindly let me know..

the brother may file a complaint against the attorney and also seek stay against the sale of property.

Check treaty between India and Pakistan on validity of transfer to citizen of Pakistan.

If transfer is invalid, then property will be taken over by Govt.
