Dear Sir / Madam,

(Guindy North, Chennai, Tamil Nadu)

Ideally you should purchase the property from your cousin at the agreed price and settle your cousin the agreed price consideration, to transfer it in your name. This action then entitles you to introduce the property as an asset in the Company that you intend to form. Your thinking is in the right direction. You can safely go ahead by all means.
