Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir,

I have ancestor property matter case going on at Taluka Level Court against my Maternal Aunt (Mother;s Sister) and other parties.

My advocate is fighting the case for the last 2 years. but havn't seen any positive results yet. I very know such cases takes long time.

I have asked him to get stay on property so that they couldn't sell or generate 3td party interest as per one of relative's advice when case initially got filed. But he is yet to do it. is is right ?

Also whenever I ask him to personally attend the case hearing, he doesn;t allow me saying "you are needed". What can i do here.

What can I do here to know what happened in each hearing of Case other that talking to him. Can I get a copy of hearing of case ?

How can I track my case better other than talking to my advocate.

Please provide your valuable SUGGESTIONS, DOs and DON;ts so that I could fight this case and get justice.

Thanks

Sambit

Most of the states have computerized the courts and most of the information is available online.
