Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir,

I am an ex Army person and My case is pending over the year with reference to case No 222/2010 at Pune District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum (Consumer court), but every time the opponent take the chance to extend dates and does not come for arguments. Suggest what to do..
