Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir,

I give the token money of 50,000 for buying a house and do the agreement of 4 months for rest of the payment.

Then after 1 month, I sell my old home, taken the token money of 2 lakh and do the agreement of 3.5 months for rest of the payment.

Above both of agreement, there was not mention one things that if the due date is gone the agreement will cancel.

Now, I give the payment to buying home is 2,50,000 But that person (who purchase my old home) can not give me any payment accept the token.

Now there was the due date of buying home is comes in 1 week and the due date of selling old home is comes after 30 days.

I told the Old home buyer this situation but he only says I will give you payment in a month but this person is a cheater so that what can I do...now for the payment ???

So, what is the legal processure of this case.

Can i sell my property to other party without inform that party ?
